NMSC offers a beautiful private Pilates Studio, featuring Reformers, a Tower, as well as a comfortable studio for performing Pilates Mat exercises.

NMSC offers private, semi private and group classes on the machines and floor exercises. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a private lesson with one of our highly trained professionals.

With NMSC Pilates, you can:
